Request a Home Inspection
In an effort to make things easier for our clients we have created a way for you to request a Home Inspection On-Line. Please be aware that we will attempt to meet your requests, however no inspection is confirmed until you have actually received the inspection agreement from us and agree to the terms in it.
Payment is due at the time of the inspection. We accept cash, checks, Visa and M/C. We will bill Escrow for an additional $50 fee. The State of Arizona requires that the Home Inspection agreement must be signed before the report can be delivered. Houses over 2500 square feet are scheduled in the afternoon. If the home is over 5000 square feet, it is scheduled for the full day.

Termite Inspections are booked through PCS (Pest Control Solutions). Their fees are separate from ours Make checks payable to PCS. houses below 3,500 square feet are $55 over 3,500 square feet are $85
Cancellation Notice
A $50 cancellation fee will be charged if the inspection is canceled LESS THAN 48 hours prior to the inspection and 1/2 of the inspection fee will be charged if canceled less than 24 hours prior to the inspection.</p>
